This is a tortilla wrap recipe that was invented when I had some leftover burgers from a family barbecue. It really works for a tasty, easy to make lunch.
You Will Need
1
Lg. Tortilla
1 oz.
Garlic Mayonnaise
1 handful Chopped Romaine(Cos) Lettuce
1.5 oz. Caesar Salad Dressing
1
Qtr. Pound Hamburger (seasoned as you like)
2 oz.
Grated White Cheddar Cheese
1
Sm. Onion (optional)
1 pinch Black Pepper
1 Frypan
First, take your leftover hamburger and reheat it in the frypan on low heat. If you are cooking the meat from scratch then you can try my burger recipe or any other. If you want to add the optional onion, slice it up and sauteed it when you cook the meat. When everything is cooked, slice the burger up into several good sized pieces and set aside along with the sauteed onions (optional).
Next, take your Tortilla and spread the Garlic Mayonnaise on one side as if you were buttering bread. Then take half of your mixed salad and place on the tortilla. Next comes the burger pieces and the Sauteed Onions. As you can see, we are layering this.
Now sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top and cover with the remainder of the Mixed Salad. gently pour the Caesar Salad Dressing over everything, sprinkle on the pepper, and wrap it up. If you aren't quite sure how to wrap the tortilla properly there are several videos on Youtube that show you how. Enjoy!
