This is a hamburger recipe that has gone over extremely well at my barbecue parties over the years. The prep can take little time but it is well worth it. Anyway, a batch of these burgers on the grill (or three) will have people patting you on the back!
You Will Need
2 lbs.
Ground Beef
2 cloves
Chopped Garlic
1 handful
Ritz Crackers
1 Tsp
Cumin
3 Tbs
Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbs
Basil
2 md
Eggs
1 pinch
Cayenne Pepper (or 4 drops Tabasco sauce)
1/2 cup
Finely Chopped Onion
1 Tsp
Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp
Sea Salt
3 squirts
Ketchup
1
Mortar and Pestle (a way to crush the crackers)
1
Large Mixing Bowl
Ok, just crush the Ritz crackers into a fine powder and combine the ground beef and all the other ingredients thoroughly. I use my hands to mix it all up but you can use a spatula if you want. Make the mixture into whatever sized hamburger patties you want and throw them on the barbecue or cook the hamburgers in a fry pan.
If there is a leftover burger or two, you might want to try my hamburger wrap recipe for lunch the next day.
